Natalia had her start in the industry as a television editor and film programmer. From 2014 to 2018, she helped launch an Academy-Award winning production company Fictionless, founded by Ross Kaufman (Born into Brothels, E-Team) and Raeshem Nijhon (Rebel Music, Girly).

She made critically-acclaimed short films, most notably The Garden with Sophia Lillis (It, Sharp Objects) and directed for brands such as Toyota and IBM.

She debuted on television with Vera Miao's art-house anthology series Two Sentence Horror Stories for the CW. She directed the first episode, Gentleman, starring Nicole Kang (Swallow, Batwoman) and Jim Parrack (Fury, True Blood); and Scion with Kate Jennings Grant and Uly Schlesinger.

Natalia is a graduate of the Directing Program at the Krzysztof Kieslowski School of Film & Television in her native Poland.
